president Obama wanted the empire state building painted so the job was put out for bids.. when the bids came in they were as follows: a Chinese company would charge $5 million an American company would charge $10 million and finally the COLOMBIANS would charge $25 million .. Obama asked all three companies to justify their bids... the Chinese said that they would use used and recycled cheap materials.and the cheapest labor. the americans said "we will use union labor.. the best paint and only American workers.... then the Colombians said... WE WILL HIRE THE CHINESE TO DO THE JOB, PAY THEM 5 MILLION AND SPLIT THE REST WITH YOU! &^%$#@! COLOMBIANS
