prof. l.k. pareek opines today about prof. p.c.trivedi during my 4 decades association with the institutions of higher education particularly the universities in our country, I might have come across with large number of academicians, researcher and administrators but I have been greatly influenced by a very few number. Professor PC Trivedi is one of them to whom almighty has provided innumerable ingredients in his personality for the welfare of human being . An ideal teacher, researcher of high order and an able administrator, Professor Trivedi is well known name in the field of Plant Science. Although Professor Trivedi had been my colleague in the University of Rajasthan for almost more then 30 years but I was extremely happy and astonished to note during my visit to DDU, Gorakhpur that being the Vice Chancellor of this University he was very much successful in transforming the university in all respect for which the faculty members and employees were talking very high of his dynamic leadership. He has a vision and meticulously planned ideas to nurture the entire institution for its bright future and excellence in teaching and research. I am told that Professor trivedi after completing his tenure successfully at DDU, Gorakhpur is presently having responsibility of Awadh University Faijabad I wish him all good wishes and grand success for future and hope he will be able to render his services to some other institutions for the welfare of all concern.
