question....Alivia had a milk protein allergy when she was born, she was on Nutramigen and now we tried milk for the first time on Thursday...she got constipated, and spit up a lot, and developed phlym in her throat. The Dr. said to wait 2 weeks and try again. She did not do well on Soy formula as an infant either....any suggestions on an alternative? Lactaid is not an option because it still has milk protein in it. We do not believe she is lactose intolerant....I have been reading about almond milk and Coconut milk...anyone else dealt with this before?
