really beginning to explore my thoughts and triggering beliefs around food...am i truly paying attention to what my body needs? or am i solely eating based on what my perception of the world is...emotions...dogma? ex: i only eat a vegan, raw organic diet...because im now conscious and i know what i eat/how i eat impacts the world. ex: i over eat because of loneliness, entitlement; i paid for this plate and im going to finish all of it am i more focused on these thoughts about my food as opposed to my bodys physiological responses to the food?
