robotnyck 7:46 am on August 2, 2013 Permalink | Log in to leave a Comment Tags: LCC - death toll ( 463 ), LCCSY points of shelling and FSA ( 82 ) LCCSy 113 martyrs in #Syria on Thursday - Local Coordination Committees in Syria By the end of Thursday, the coordination committees were able to document 113 martyrs, among them 9 women, 14 children, and 7 martyrs under torture: 31 martyrs were reported in Homs; 27 in Damascus and its suburbs; 26 in Idlib; 9 in Aleppo; 7 in Daraa; 6 in Hama; 5 in Raqqa; 1 in Deir Ezzor; and 1 in Banias Moreover, the committees have documented 482 points of shelling in Syria: Air strikes by warplanes were recorded in 41 points fiercest of which was in Jabal Zawyeh in Idlib, explosive barrels were dropped in Saraqeb, Ariha, Kafraweid, Der Senbel, Taftanaz, Kafrhaya, and Jabal Zawyeh in Idlib, surface-to-surface missiles have targeted Homs’s neighborhoods, cluster bombs were dropped in Tal Refaat in Aleppo, artillery shelling was recorded in 163 points, followed by rocket shelling in 142 points, and mortar shelling was recorded in 127 points. The FSA has clashed with regime forces in 154 points, through which in Aleppo it targeted Mahleb Barrack with locally-made shells and shelled the Air Force Intelligence branch with mortar shells in Zahraa Corporation neighborhood, as well as shelled Kweres Military Airport with 5 locally-made missiles, the FSA has also targeted a regime forces’ military convoy in Khanaser and killed and injured many among regime members, it was also able to kill a big number of regime forces in Khaldieh village among them 5 snipers. In Damascus and its suburbs, the FSA has downed a reconnaissance warplane nearby the mills’ area in Eastern Ghouta, and targeted regime forces’ sites in Jaramana, Damascus Suburbs, as well as targeted the National Command Headquarter in Mazraa area in Damascus, and in Quteifeh the FSA has shelled the Officers’ Residency with a Grad missile and scored direct assaults. In Hasakeh, the FSA has liberated Hamara village east of Tal Maarouf and killed and injured a number of regime forces. In Homs, it targeted regime forces and thugs in Wadi Thahab and killed more than 40 of them. In addition, the FSA was able to destroy a number of machineries and armored vehicles in different areas of Syria. Share this:
