sadly, as i often tell my children, lots of folks dont respond to kindness, and we have to become terse in order to protect ourselves from abusive people. Perhaps this is why Paul said, IF POSSIBLE........live at peace with everyone. rom 12.18 Some folks wont receive peace no matter how hard you try....we see this manifesting in the middle east all of the time. Some folks do not want or respond to peace, what do we do, let them kill us all? tired of passivity in the church....it is totally misdirected. David was a mighty warrior of God, and Yeshua is the descendant of David..........Yeshua is a warrior.......not a passive victim. Read Revelation sometime and get the complete picture of Yeshua.....He is not returning as a passover lamb........but as a MIGHTY warrior wielding a sword........Hes not on the cross anymore..........beaten, nailed, striped and disfigured......He is ALIVE and ALMIGHTY. I want that Jesus!!!
