#savetheNHS Being someone who lived in the Netherlands for a while and seen how their private health care system worked I feel not nearly enough people appreciate the NHS and how lucky we are in the UK. The fact that you pay a part of your salary + €125 minimum per month + the first 350 euros a year Excess (soon to be €400) is absolutely destructive for people. The hospitals however do look newer but the care is certainly not better, I have seen at first hand that there is not serious importance given to prevention but more at treatment. And as usual the citizen has to pay for deficits made by banks and golden boys.
