saw Her with gf and we both thought it was good. i think the strangest thing in the movie was not the artificial intelligence that evolved... but that the producers of the film found enough laowai (foreigners) in Shanghai to actually make areas like Lujiazui and Xujiahui look non-Chinese -- roughly 1% of the 23 million residents of Shanghai are foreign. did they fly them in from Hawaii? imdb/title/tt1798709/
