says if you want more referral business you have to don4 things ... 1. Give great service to the customers you have now, seems obvious but it must be said. 2. Make it easy to refer, ask for them, give people referral cards etc. 3. Thank people every single time they refer, a gift or at least a thank you card. 4. Treat people who are referred as special with a small gift, a great deal or something similar ... oh and read my book Instant Referrals ...
