seriously- so I have this family that lives across the street- they work outside on the cars a lot and one of their relatives drives a pick up truck around and picks up trash to recycle for the money. They have this little chihuahua they leave outside a good part of the day and night on a tie out line- it barks and barks and barks and barks all day and into the evening- they even get annoyed and close their front door. Oddly- the dog doesnt bark when it is inside much at all! So what do they do- they go out and buy the dog a buddy- a little min pin who is tied out with the chihuahua now and barks and barks and barks along with the other one. Really folks- such idiots! They never tie the dog out when they are gone- only when they are home too!
