*since everyone else is doing it* Turkey links, pepper jack cheese eggs, toast AND jelly (not sugar free) THATS WHATS FOR DINNER! Guys, guys, guys..... Some of these rabbit food lunches/dinners Ive seen on my timeline lately are only leading to one thing.... And its not weight loss - more like metabolic damage, later binge eating, and not to mention youre going to be miserable. I applaud you all for taking the leap to the healthy lifestyle BUT do not starve yourself. If youve gone crash diet, -1000 calories a day? Youre setting your body up for disaster. Proteins, CARBS, and fats are ALL beneficial in weight loss - its all about portion and how much your body needs to function and burn. Ask myself, ask your personal trainer, ask someone who has done some research on nutrition - and looking up things on Pinterest does not qualify as research........... Try meal planning, try macros (what I follow), try paleo, but do NOT try and starve yourself thin. Make being healthy fun, not miserable! (ps this is also not my dinner every night)
