so - got a 25 dollar ticket cause had to do some things at fedex and the meter maid got me ... fed ex ... love that place also got me for around 80 ... and all of this was cause of a nice lady at the appeals court ... a clerk ... who called yesterday cause they had received the reply to the judges question vis Horton ... and since the reply was longer than most ... and since it had parts ... and since I am pro se and not a lawyer ... she called to say that she needed three copies to go with the original and that I needed to do some things signature wise to go into the packet ... and I agreed that I would be happy to do such ... tho the signature was in place in the referenced material used to rebuff ... that said the lady was kind and I was obligated to respond in kind ... and do my best to make her happy tho I also said that before I had sent in an answer and had not had to send in three copies and it was accepted ... that said it was a smaller package before .. and maybe they were nice then and did the copy thing ... this time it would have been onerous ... as you can ascertain by the fedex bill .. that said I did output more stuff than I needed to ... and then after all was put together to meet the discussed parameters of best form for form purposes ... I took it too her and she gratiously went over all of the info and accepted the work I provided ... I thanked her for helping with aiding in my defense in best/proper presentation ... tho she did say that normally it wasnt in several packets the responses that she normally received ... that said ... we both knew that pro se gets some leeway and it was all form stuff not content ... so ... I met another nice lady from the court ... very nice ... and I sure wish I had a legal secretary or paralegal or lawyer like her ... sure do ... but that said the real news ... came after I first entered into the fedex ... who do I see but hunter ... we spoke he wanted to give me back my poster I said great but how about we discuss the content on camcorder ... he said not ... he had to go to court ... I said ... how about you say ... not on camcorder ... he didnt respond favorably to that but had agreed to bring the poster so I said I would go to the van and get the camcorder ... and clearly ... you can see ... I got some valuable tangible property back ... all the more valuable cause of the scoundrels ... associated with such ... tangible property ... and their scoundrel deeds ... attached ... visible ... depraved tip of the ic b err gg gg gg ss ss ss ... yup ... and anyway ... I got a video clip ... short ... but meat ... and my poster back ... and hunter ... you know ... bolted ... that said ... not so ... fast ... ass awww ill d a t ss ss ... you know ... how fast does it take to ... unwrap ahhhh ... roll ... scroll ... yup yup its a space and time thing ... you know ... I did work a door for many a year ... in and out ... out and in ... and good humored conversation to goo www id ... show me your id ... show me duh ... ss c roll ... and ill ... take note ... ss ss ss ... fore ... posterity ... yup yup ... sure was a happy camper when happens stance ... ss gg oo ed ... and sure was grinning ... as I was spending money copying stuff for the nice lady at the appeals court ... yup ... didnt even really mind the parking meter maid ticketing thing ... I would have paid twice that ... you know for the clip alone ... pre prosecutor showing to hunter with discussion ... his in bad light ss sss ... lie ss ss ... prosecutor delivery in court also documented on the record ... and hunter picking up ... documented on email ... and video documentation round robin ... cause delivered on c am cord ... err ... yup yup ... dont mess with the best ... when ... camera lights and ... action ss ss ss ! anyway ... I did feel sorry for the guy cause the poster is so big and unwieldy ... and I was in the middle of opening such as he was jumping up and down ... but only for some fraction of a second ... you know ... paw the ground and bolt ... but clearly not ahhhh bull ... just ... paddy cakes ... wwww awwwwww kk ... ss ss ss ... with a tantrum ... by the looks of it ... I did say .. dont run ... cause he didnt look to dignified ... you know ... if going to court ... ss ss ss ... nope sure didnt look too dignified ... course you know how laywers are ... type eh ... eh au ... cb day ... yup ... the guy should chill ... crime scene isnt his best ss ewww ut ss ss ss .. --- so tagged a lawyer ... at the fedex and met a very nice lady at the court of appeals ... I guess a yin and yang day so far ... but all good from here ... so far anyway ... hope it stays that way ... and then I called mom and she is as well as can be expected ... we had a reasonable talk which also was nice ... and now ... I get to do the dishes ... gosh I hate the dishes ... I needs me a maid ... one with a lil French dress ... and soothing voice ... hmm ... maybe sum day ... cause hope ... springs ... eternal! yup crisp wind ... feels like change is on the way ... hope not too cold ... time tells all ... we shall see ... God willing ...
