...so, I remember some years back when Dave and I lived in Wake Forest, NC. We had an ice storm of epic proportions. What that means, is that NC had not had any sort of icy precipitation whatsoever in, like, a hundred years. Dave was trying to get home that evening and was stuck in traffic for nearly five(!) hours. He was able to inch forward to the next exit and make a turn around and go back to the office and sleep underneath his desk. It made the news (not Dave sleeping underneath his desk). It was so bizarre to us. We had just moved from NY and these folks were making such a big fuss over a little ice storm. Well, here we are again (this time in the deeper South) and I am afraid that we (no, not Dave and I) will make another national (satyrical) bad news. Seriously, next time (and there better *not* be) we move, we have to notify the State (to whichever we move) that something epic might happen. Maybe a drought of epic proportions. Maybe a Tsunami in the middle of nowhere (its possible...who knows!?). Maybe The Worst Heat Wave Ever. At any rate, sigh, here we go again. Georgia, I hope there is enough kitty litter to cover the streets, otherwise, Today Show here we come to make the news. ... ¯\(ツ)/¯
