so Ive just picked up 8 fairly large baking potatoes for a quid, and a huge bag of carrots for 30p. Im thinking tuna coleslaw for tea tonight. shredded white cabbage, red and white onion, carrots, a bit of fat free yoghurt (alternative to mayo - Im on a diet), a squeeze of lemon juice, and a dash of garlic and of course 2 well drained tins of tuna (from spring water, personal preference). At tea time Ill mix in some chunks of cucumber. cheap. easy. fat free. sorted. So whats your low cost thing on a Jacket potato? I dont nobody dare just say a tin of baked beans, cheese or shop bought coleslaw. go...
