so here are my first world troubles. My iphone wifi functioon is broken. This has caused my verizon date plan to be used prematurely and would cost my first born child to pay should i go over. so i spend an hour on the phone with apple to discover i can get a replacement express phone for 32 bucks. okay..i will call you right back to pay for it... so then i call verizon and on the phone with then for 30 mins begging and pleading for a forgiveness on my future bills for going over on data they award me 15 bucks for my troubles but tell me they wont cover anymore. So then i call apple back...this is when it gets good. I get someone else on the phone despite my case number that has no idea what the heck the lady before said,....the new jackass insists that i trouble shoot AGAIN. NO no no... i want to speak to someone who can help me. Finally 20 mins later Senior supervisor..hes super awesome..i mean i really love this guy...so he tries to help me back up the phone so he can wipe it clean for my new replacement. I need to download itunes..sure., Just kidding...I HAVE A GOOGLE CHROME book. They arent compatible. LOLOLOLO and there is no way around this unless i have wifi. (back to the original problem. Okay great super cute souding apple guy i like so much...i just got a smart tv. let me get itunes on this bad boy....oh wait SAMSUNG tv says...negative. it refuses to connect to internet because its been in a box on a shelf tooooo long...so now you guessed it...im on Samsung support trying to get it straightened out. 3 hours and counting :( i just might lose it. And this is the end of my first world rant.
