so i see that ppl were/are liking and posting pics of premature babies yesterday.. my son Blake Odom was born premature. not as premie as some but at 33wks i gave birth to a 4lb 9oz baby boy who just couldnt wait any longer. they rushed him to the NICU and the 1st time i got to see him was thru a polaroid brought to me taken by the nurses in the NICU. He only had to stay a week but that was really hard not knowing everyday all day if i was gonna get a call saying something went wrong. He was all the way in Brandon and i was in Lakeland. Cant imagine how it is for the parents of babies born smaller and with more health issues than what my baby had. and i was blessed to have a mom Bonnie Coleman McCafferty who drove me to and from brandon sometimes 2 times a day to go see him and bring him bottles.
