so many rad posts today - lets keep #pbpractice going tomorrow by playing with pigeon pose -> elephant trunk -> astavakrasana! one of my favorite things about this little sequence of poses is you can intensify or modify the movement very easily. it also allows you to add in poses, like maybe toss in compass pose between the pigeon and elephant trunk, with ease. i went fast to fit this all into 15 seconds so go slower if you need and maybe take 5-10 breaths per pose. when you post this tomorrow use the #pbpractice hashtag so we can all connect through yoga! remember to move and practice in a way that serves you best and enjoy it #yoga
