so much going on-so little time to post! Wednesday, a magnificent Elk head arrived from Mike Martin- Now to get him installed up there by Bullwinkle the Moose! Big thanks and a steak await Mike…. A wonderful visit with the beautiful Lorilee Flynn of Atlanta, GA, was interrupted by the usual: non-show staff and an ill server…But Lorilee had volunteered to jump in and help us Mothers Day: nothing a like a vacation to Wyoming to get stuck in a restaurant helping out!!! What a great gal! We are looking for a big crows tonight and will be on a reservations only policy moist of the night. We just cannot accommodate a walk-in party of 8-10-12-14 (!!!!!) people on busy nights. We are trying to get everyone served in a timely manner but there are still those that think we are a fast food enterprise…LOL…now to get my production schedule for Sunday….so much to so, so little time..
