so nothing from simms or hunter on the last b day of the week ... you would think they might be anxious to comply with their obligations - if for no other reason than that way I dont have to stress - a simple yes or now we shall polish the contract from guidelines into finished product ... you know how many words is that - so I guess - I shall upload the conversation I had with the lovely clerk - cause it details - problems with hunter - and it was supposed to be apparently a status hearing - I communicated status - and such things as defense kind of stuff - from slander - with evidence - and then there were the statements dealing with - the kinds of problems I have had with hunter - you know had it been a status hearing - with court tape recorder on - may have been on didnt look to see if there was a blue light or some such indicator - I am told that they do that - anyway - yup I might have said the same thing - to the judge as I told the clerk - you know as a status hearing - I was told initially that it was to be an evidenciary hearing - or maybe cause that is what I have a right to ... evidenciarily speaking so you know I can controvert on the record - with such things as statements of others on video evidence wise - or such things as signatures not - due diligence researched for ... authenticity ... not even with simple phone calls ... or such things as shrinks lying on their reports in very clear fashion evidenciarily speaking cause you can cross examine and depose and of course introduce - the completeness rule ... yup ... the point is I was as ready as I could be despite the sabotaging and waylaying of ... contract rights at minimum - eh ... eh ... au ... maybe I should go to the heritage foundation - de mint seems to have a problem with - you know the loss of such things as heritage ss ss ss ... like the thou shall not steal or bear false witness ... or comit murder goo efforts ... yup ... maybe I could get some bean counters from them ... along with some ... hmmm ... comments???? posts????/ research???? lectures????? think ... thanks ... or you knolw tanks ... yup yup ... I guess I shall post some of my niceness ... voice on tape ... discussing the object and nature of the court proceedings ... and sabotage of such ... you know easy to do ... nicely when not having attackers forced on you ... in mole sabotage of rights ... and in deceit and in darkness of mind ... to goo ... yup easy to be nice even when discussing such ... tone of voice wise ... but not so much ... attackers are in the room and you ... have to discuss with them ... their failures ... oh yeah ... in such tone that the sweet clerk an maybe even ... you know if there are devices in the room that capture sound ... so that is absolutely clear also ... yup ... you try to murder people you can figure they may growl ... you try to steal their property rights and rights to market ... you know ... were you doing so to a shepherd even ... he might take your hand off if your trying to take his bowl ... especially if your not his bud ... yup ... so I guess my growling a lil can be understood ... by a jury anyway ... yup ... and with that said maybe I post the tel conversation the short one where I said to hunter ... you impeach the shrink or I impeach you ... since both are in crime ... I guess I should have said ... and ore ... I impeach you both! cause easy to show ... you know ... best practices ... and they have light years ... to get ... dare ... hmmm ... yup a pain and a bore .... might be a lil more interesting if you know they were to actually have some kind of philosophy ... they could ...share with the public ... then one could have a debait ... that could be a fun excersice of the mind ... cause really not hard to build an argument with their current darkness of mind ... this since the lawbooks have already ... definitive ... descriptions and solutions for the likes of them ... once they face their deeds ... with full jury scrutiny! yup ... in a whole heap oh trouble ... I guess they should have listened to the commandments ... cause now they may have to face the repercussions of their lies not my dirt ... hmm so anyone for ahhh lecture???? hmmm think ... thanks ... hmmm ... yup I guess there is a place for a reasonable tone of voice ... when with decent people ... and that would be ... hmm relief ... as far as I am concerned ... sure would honest discussion ... heck I can discuss most anything ... especially if it has other peoples signature on say documents describing ... property of mine ... you know that went to gov ... or if discussing documents signed by others saying such property should be adjudicated ... no problem with that ... or with showing double jeopardy issues ... from all angles ... yup y ups ...
