so this is where we have come, as a society....... Now GROWN men are essentially losing their jobs for bullying other GROWN men !!! Is that even possible??( see Miami Dolphins scandal ) I , for one, have never been about bullying or condone it, but for a grown ass man to say he was bullied ( especially a guy who is 65 300+ lbs ) is a little bit much. There are things called ribbing and joking etc, that at one point or another incorporate themselves into the work environment and are all in-good-fun and nowhere near bullying. For people to now consider such things as legitimate bullying , i think, is a bit of a stretch. Rant OVER !!!
