so we came home n our internet was out. and it was also out at 2 am. so richard spent and hour on the phone with att and they were trying to get him to clean his comp of cookies and i can see where they would think hes an idiot most people dont know what a cookie is unless it has chocolate chips in it, so richard the whole time the guys trying to tell him how to clean his computer is saying to richard i do see line trouble, and this modem has known issues richard asked the guy well then why did you give this modem to me in the first place? so tomorrow from 8-12 were getting a tech to come out and check our lines yet again and the modem will be replaced and maybe we can try to get an upgrade in speed. we were promised 1.5 but they say thats not possible cause its outside of their nexus. geez some companies just dont have the slightest clue what their employees are trying to do. some of them arent that bright. couldve avoided the whole issue if they wouldve just been honest and said right out about the modem and the lines instead of being passed along to three different people. so richard reset the modem and we have working internet again. couldve solved the whole thing by doing that in the beginning, richard gave them the chance and they did was waste time n tell him clean his computer. geez, idiots! YUP! ITS A MONDAY ALRIGHT!
