so, who wants to join me, in filing a class action lawsuit against charter communications ? top of the list of grievances ? for over two years they charged us an extra $5 a month for broadband width that the lines werent even capable of carrying... ex: charged us for 5bpm when our lines were only capable of 3bpm. (gigas, megs, bits, bytes- whatever- you know what i mean !) AND when we cancelled after they doubled our rate (from $25 to $50) they did not let us know they needed to come by- and for what ? they trespassed and actually broke down our fence to get into our yard. i filed a police report- but, nothing. they said i would have to file in civil court. these communications companies have monopolies, and we pay the price.
