some people hold themselves back bc they feel uncomfortable. i feel like i handicap myself bc other ppl cant handle my confidence. i mean if i stand comfortably and others cross their arms, fidget, touch their face, or flash fear im like damn i need to act wimpier bc they cant handle my presence. thats a bad habit. from now on either be more confident or feel inferior. cant hold yourself back for any reason folks
