I will be growing my own medicine this spring utilizing in ground and optimum sunlight greenhouse production techniques in high altitude freezing nights conditions. It is amazing how compost naturally generates heat! The people here are mostly like minded, with self sufficient organic practices at the forefront of food production in the Crestone alternative healing community. We have a strictly organic and health foods market here in Crestone with an amazing array of natural medicines (food). There is a sign on the front door that says :GMOs STOP HERE!. The motto in Crestone is Food is medicine, cooking is alchemy.
