#suspendedThoughts-The last and final. and YES! finally the suspension period is over and when this vacation is over, I along with the others will walk these gates like any other student of Farook College with every right to raise my voice against injustice , with every right of a democratic situation. This one month, various thoughts popped into my head, some I shared here, some I kept hidden deep inside my soul, treating it as private lessons for me to use in my life later on. Did we deserve this suspension? well, I still dont think so. but I know there will be others who disagree. But whatever the reason or misunderstandings or agendas behind this whole mishap, this suspension made me look at people in a new perspective..a whole new perspective. So I didnt lose anything from this experience. Instead we won. I won. I stood my stand till last and learned the things I had wanted to in the first place- the changing attitude of the people around you, the fact that some people escape pushing you down to the den, the fact that your parents support do matter a lot in life on how you view a problem, the fact that your true best friends, who hate politics, come sit with you when you go on a hunger strike or atleast support you throughout, the fact that I am in the best organisation unlike the others who stuck by us till the end and the fact that our Principal is in fact a good man are the things I learnt in all this. now that this is all going way down into my timeline, let me say thank you to the supporters and criticizers who claimed all this to be showoff once they escaped from the hands of the authorities oh ya or you know be in Banglore and claim to know what all happens in college,,yeah we take you very seriously. But you did help us grow from all this. Until the next protest and hopefully never a next suspension, this is #suspendedThoughts going way below in Rabeehas timeline but always in her memory.
