tabata is the way forward. Its a high intensity interval training and trust me you will be as fit as a fiddle.Its known that a 4 minute session is the equivalent to 1hour jogging. Tabata circuit. 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest with each set of exercises performed as fast as possible under control. Take 30-60 seconds rest at the end of each circuit then repeat 4 times Tabata Circuit. 1.Prisoner squats 1x20 10 seconds rest. 2.Mountain climbers. 1x20 10 seconds rest. 3.Alternating butt kicks. 1x20 10 seconds rest. 4.Burpees with a jump. 1x20 10 seconds res.t 5.Jumping jacks. 1x20 10 seconds rest. 6.Push ups. 1x20 10 secondss rest. 7.Jumping jacks. 1x20 10 seconds rest. 8.Plank. 1x20 10 seconds rest.
