Much has been said and known about the personality of Eniola Opeyemi. His positive antecedents speaks volumes. As a versatile person, his wealth of experience in activism nay students unionism cannot be under estimated. Eniolas views, vibrancy, articulacy, insight, wit, objective analysis and constructive criticisms on issues of National interest have endeared him to many. Let me quickly add at this juncture that Comrade Eniola Opeyemi is not your run of the mill students activist. He is a troubling oxymoron; a thinking activist. With his boundless enthusiasm and incredible reservoir of energy, Eniola is handy with facts, figures and statistics. His mastery of details and developmental arcana is a tad short of the extra ordinary and fortunately for him, he has been helped by his antecedents as a vibrant, thinking and charismatic leader. The need to create a positive image for NANS especially at the centre cannot be underestimated. Finally, I implore us all to forget parochial interest(s) and sentiments and let us charter a good course for students unionism in Nigeria. Thank you. Viva Aluta, Viva Victoria!
