..the assassination of 2 Spanish Riffians from Melilla by the Moroccan occupying naval forces, was not caused by human error or was an accident...given the circumstances of rising tensions between Morocco and Algeria about the Saharan conflict..it is not clear for sure or why this crime was committed and for what purpose..only those who gave the order know the answer...most probably the same people who coldly planned Al-Hoceima murders on February the 20th... from the unusually soft Spanish official reaction, I sense that the Spanish authorities may have suspected that the incident was a planned Moroccan provocation to drag spain (and with it EU) into the hot North African arena.. 5+2 = Ulac Smah Ulac
