the constant barrage of deeply sad and negative post on Facebook are wearing me down. i cant handle seeing anymore stories on animal abuse, war crimes, and cops killing and/or abusing their position of power. it truly hurts my soul. its just getting to be too much and is wiping out what little faith i have in humanity. i may have to start deleting people who constantly post these type of posts. i def believe in being aware of the troubles in the world but the constant barrage is too much. Im gonna try to hide posts for now and see that how goes….
