the elite overstands that its imperative we live within the heart chakra in order to maintain energetic balance and optimal health. as an empath, i fully reap the vibrational benefits when i emanate, balance, and focus my energy from the heart because its the heart that equilibrates the rest of our energy centers . this is the very reason the elite are the ones pushing this "love and light" agenda, while they insidiously stab us in the backs. when we focus so much on our light side to the point where our own innate darkness is suppressed, we then lack universal balance which then enables them to use shadow magick in order to harness all our collective subconscious frustrations, fears and pain in order to subvert our light and put our light out. be careful of the new age love and light agenda, because just like religion it too lacks balance and balance will always reign supreme in the eyes of the universe and nature.
