the internet is a very interesting space ive been sitting in on local court cases the past few months when i have free time and in quite a few minor court cases the prosecutor has brought up the defendants facebook as evidence that they broke the law or are guilty of the charge being brought up against them screen shots of the pictures of the defendant smoking weed or drinking beer under age. how stupid can a person be?
