the other day I looked at the moon and it reminded me of myself. sometimes my strength shines light on others and other times I am but a mere shadow. I am always whole, I don’t need to be linked, or completed, or fit into some sort of puzzle. I am whole. sometimes there is darkness though. sometimes I float into and out of the sight of those that I love. just know that I’m always around, I’m always around, but when things get complicated, I slowly disappear until I can recharge. until I can bring light again. what you should know, is that I am the moon, yes, but I am also the Sun’s reflection. and all of you, all of you that I love, you are the sunshine. know, that even the moon needs companionship. my beauty is only a reflection of your own. my love is reciprocated by the infinite love I am given. for this, my loves, I hold eternal gratitude in the craters of my being. those of you who are gone, and those of you who’s presence still lingers - I hold bits of each of you within me. -MH
