the right for Americans to bear arms in America will always be a necessary right and any opposition to that right has to be viewed as a foreign desire to disarm Americans as far as special people go that is people who feel that they should be privy to something better and that everyone else who is not privy to that something better should pay for it well to put it simply they can go to hell, if they cant accept what everyone else accepts thats just tough, as far as allowing yourself to be taken into custody that should never be construed as an admission to guilt but rather the beginning of a process and I say allow because to put that simply some people will resist because of the belief that if they do allow themselves to be taken into custody that they have already lost and that the system will view them as guilty without any recourse so i understand that perception perfectly as well as I understand the perception that if they dont start something there wont be anything, so yes the judicial process in our nation has become contemptuous at best and is in need of repair to the point where we once again view cases on an individual basis and on its merit as well as evidence and how we gather that evidence instead of compensating for the hotdog effect and quotas designed to generate revenue in consideration of promotion
