there is only one week left to apply to AdaptLab 2014! AdaptLab is our advanced course for European scriptwriters and writer/directors wishing to develop a book-to-screen adaptation. It follows the whole adaptation process analyzing the books potential, exploring the possibilities of its story world, and following the development of an extended treatment. The 1st workshop will take place in Cracow (Poland) during the Off Plus Camera Film Festival. The 2nd workshop will be held in Croatia at the Avvantura Festival - Film Forum Zadar. And at the end of the programme participants will pitch their projects and present the results of the work to the Decision Makers attending the TorinoFilmLab Meeting Event (24-26 November, 2014). NEW!!! The AdaptLab participants will have the exclusive possibility to apply to the FrameWork programme: in fact starting from 2014 the selection in the FrameWork programme will be reserved to TorinoFilmLab Alumni (with no external scouting). We will select 4 participants with own adaptation projects, and 8 participants adapting books pre-selected by TorinoFilmLab for AdaptLab 2014.
