this is a favorite of mine... Lemon Ginger Tea w. Cardomam 2 quarts water 6 organic lemons 3 tbs fresh ginger(peeled) 2/3 c of honey cardomam seeds boil water and add juice and pulp of lemons and ginger. boil gently for 5 minutes and add cardomam...turn down heat and add honey. cover and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes. remove from stove and let sit. also tamarind is a nice addition if you feel a cold or flu coming on you can add a few drops of echinacea to your cup
