this is my survey reply..... what u think???...........munication is not where the problems lies within our dept, its the lack of accountability , lack of the proper management leadership to hold people accountable for their actions , and to put in place regulations and rules to be applied to ALL team members not just a select few, also to remind folks the reason why we are all here and that is to WORK, not play around , walk around like there is nothing to do. management that shows favoritism by allowing one to do things and than turn around and tell the next person to stop doing what they just allowed the other to do causes a hostel environment , when you have team leaders to help run the shift and some wont listen to the team leader , and that team leader reports to the kitchen manager the conflict , and no actions by that manager is put in place, that shows no backing and support from management , if the manager does indeed try to solve the matter but it still continues , than that person needs to be held accountable , but when things are reported to the kitchen manager but nothing is done , there is a management problem , when you have a team leader to quit after 2 months of employment because of the lack of accountability and management support , and another team leader stepping down for the same reason , 2 breakfast cooks quit, 7 catering associates , somethings wrong, we need proper management leadership, someone that has enthusiasm , and will treat ALL team the SAME, and will hold those accountable and not be to busy being friends to certain ones , but be a respectful, fare, honest, boss that shows they care about being here and how this kitchen is ran ,
