this year/today have been really hard for me health-wise. sending out lots of love to my sisters and brothers and non-binary siblings with visible, invisible and semi-visible health issues. extending a computer hug to all our guts, limbs and hearts that ache, for the work that our bodies do, and the work that our bodies cant do. its hard to try and love your body when its being an a-hole ( and its important to release the expectation of loving your body all the time ) but i am very grateful for my body and your bodies for being the vehicles that allow me to know you.
