to all NABUSS Excos... with a displeasing & unbearable mind I write to call your attention to the inhuman and intimidated treatment strengthning to the SBS student who went along to pay their various levy both (SBS & other facaulty levy) last week...I was shocked to see the excos selling first bank teller to the student at the rate of 30 naira..which I was forced to ask why the illegal token for the service which the bank should render for free,but I was told it for the bank staffs refreshment which I think the bank itself own us a duty of care for that,also the long que faced by student in the course of paying for a fee which should be paid from there own conviniency and stressfree nature,the most disheartning experience was the introduction of cadet who beat student with horsewhip all in the sake of restoring peace and other.... this were the intimidating treatment face by our student during the week..but with sincere and undiluted appology to the excos to pls put an end to this Nonsense& tyranical way of ruling...and for the bank staffs a letter has been written to the bank branch manager to pls call his staff to other ,else the strongest step will be taken
