totally devastated by the floods in Solomon Islands, thinking of our brothers and sisters from 2012 Festival of Pacific Arts, and the generosity and kindness and wealth of culture that we all experienced. To hear and see that there is no infrastructure in Honiara- no running water, limited electricity, limited internet, thousands of people without homes, and god only knows how affected the outer Islands are, just makes me really sad! o for all those artists who went to the festival in 2012, how about we have a deadly fundraising for our Solomon Islands brothers and sisters- its the least we can do, what do you reckon???
