triage nurse and doc need to be held responsible for discharging the patient. it states that the travel history was not relayed to the doc.. okay? well the doc should have opened up the triage notes on his computer in his comfy office. Then maybe he would have put 2 and 2 together and realize this guy came from Africa.. and showing sings and symptoms of ebola. Instead nahh just send him home with some pain killers and antibiotics.
