true gym stories : on my loofah sponge: facebook with my group of friends has been so down...so many people have lost loved ones and friends so many that i have lost track...it is my hope that we will start taking better care of each other and not just checking on each other when something tragic happens...i also hope that we will start smiling again the world needs more of that ..so thats where i come in you know i always have a humors story about my crazy life...
