POSITION - BRANCH IN CHARGE ( TIED AGENCY ) JOB DESCRIPTION - 1.Conceptualize and design effective Coverage Plan for his team of Unit / Agency / Sr Agency Managers 2.Conceptualize and implement sales plan and sales promotion plan through Unit / Agency / Sr Agency Managers so that Financial Advisors get effective sales support. Develop Strategies on Lead Fulfillment / Sales Business 3.Provide direction & conceptualize action plans for recruitment of advisors for his team: Has responsibility of being part of the UM recruitment and has accountability for running Business Opportunity Presentations, & drive R&R initiatives in the branches 4.Develop UM and Advisor quality through On the Job training. (Product knowledge / Selling skills etc.) 5.Overall responsibility of managing his team for the given branch. Responsibility for recruitment, motivation & retention 6.View / Monitor / Analyze sales performance and competitor activities 7.Span of Control : a) Branches : UM / AM / SAM - 10 REQUIREMENT : *At least 6 years of man- management experience *Age below 35 years max. *LOCALITE OF NASHIK & surroundings / have worked extensively in NASIK. INDUSTRY PREFERENCE - FROM ANY INDUSTRY with good team handling experience ; team handling profiles having a good performance track record.
