u may recall we built a new fence along the side of the house last year. We put a rubber flashing at the bottom of the fence and into the ground in order to stop the water from the other properties parking lot (raised and graded to dump on our property) pouring into our basement. It is working. The neighbour is drowning in his own water and the patio which he also raised and graded to dump on our side of the lot line appears to be losing its underpinnings. I love it when a plan comes together.
