unfreaking believable I finally got the store to pay out my 28 hours of vacation...and a garnishment I didnt know about deducted, 10 weeks of health care thats been cancelled was deducted, extra union dues were deducted. G*D Damnit now Ive barely got enough left to pay my phone bill . I have to call labor relations and probably HR/Payroll and explain nicely that ONE: you have to notifiy me of a garnishment before you let it deduct-they havent... Two: health care was cancelled because Im NOT working 20 hrs or more a week because of this BULLSH*T and the union denied me short term disablity so guess what-you cant deduct for that Three: I have NO agreement to pay back dues with the union they can kiss my ass because theyve done nothing for me in MONTHS and Im not paying them jack. so either HR/Payroll pays back all they took without authorization or I file a demand for pay with the DOL and get it that way but dammit I need that money NOW
