urgent requirement for Recruitment coordinator for pune location please find the below job description JOB POSITION: Recruitment Coordinator Job Role Purpose & Profile • Conducting large Recruitment drives /Bulk hire. • Tie-ups with Educational Institutions, Job consultants and other Recruitment Channels. • Coordinating with Client’s Managers & creates adequate sourcing to meet the requirement on an ongoing basis. • Ensure service delivery targets & TAT for multiple locations with in assigned areas. • Joining Documentation & compliance. • Build Candidate database.
