urgent requirement for Recruitment coordinator for pune location please find the below job description JOB POSITION: Recruitment Coordinator Job Role Purpose & Profile • Conducting large Recruitment drives /Bulk hire. • Tie-ups with Educational Institutions, Job consultants and other Recruitment Channels. • Coordinating with Client’s Managers & creates adequate sourcing to meet the requirement on an ongoing basis. • Ensure service delivery targets & TAT for multiple locations with in assigned areas. • Joining Documentation & compliance. • Build Candidate database. The Right Candidate ideally would be: • Minimum A Graduate in any discipline. • Experience 2-4 years in Recruitment and at least 1-2 years of Bulk hiring • Good communication skills. • Good Understanding of Recruitment Industry. • Knowledge of MS-Office specially Excel, Word & Power Point would be an added advantage. please send me the updated profile to [email protected]
