we are so proud of our rusty. he used to be extremely fearful and reactive, and had a very small world. going places would scare him, and cause him stress. the result would mean that he would stay home while we traveled (it was the most compassionate thing to do). now, through the use of positive reinforcement training, love and patience, he has come so far, and is enjoying a much broader life. including family trips to san diego.
