we have being in Port Harcourt for 5 days now and must commend governor Amachi for job well done in this state. the project of mono rail is going on well, the roads are in good condition and well constructed, security is reasonable and above all the vision of schools construction in river state is second to none. River state can boast of the best public school in terms infrastructure in the entire country. we must commend the governor for his vision more update on river state.
