we start to cut grapes tomorrow, last snow fell completely, next few days is around -10C, then weather is up and over zero. We have only one week to cut the branches, and spread sulphur and oil to kill all virus and batteria. their enemy will awake when snow starts to melt. whole winter wood ash will cover the grapes plants let them follow the snow water to the ground. When people study Chemistry, they understand element cannot create and destroy. they only exist in different. think 2 feet diameter of wood and long 1.5 feet. this wood is used in fireplace and its ash will leave in fireplace. only energy is evolved, all elements are become oxide form, carbon and sulphur are out. But the rest of element are still in the wood ash. We burn 20 piece wood a night, ash is few ounces. its minerals are very useful, because it can dissolve in water. ash burns from wood are more important than from grass in agriculture. organic food is almost impossible in normal farm, except they have forest.
