well lets see are there alot of people in the town of brasher that want massena s library in crapser hall, lets look at this with are eyes wide open,,the massena library sets it budget ,as to what it needs to pay there staff ,rent ,etc. massena tax payers pay so much the people of brasher tax payers pay so much ,,who s to say what that amount is to be ,,well they give the brasher town board a budget,for there expences,,and because we are locked in with them here they have to pay what they want ,we as tax payers ,have no say in what that amount is ,so we are taxed what ever there short in there budget from massena ,,are they going to pay there share or are we going to pay most of there budget, who is pushing for a libaray in crasper hall in the town of brasher,, well lets look at this ,is it the people of brasher ,lets find out ,,or is it the people who own crasper hall ,,who might that be ,and why do they want the tax payers to pay the rent on there building ???? who is to gain by renting the space in there building ,,us ?? i think not .. do we need more taxes in this town ,are we the tax payers of the town of brasher ,in need of a library , are we going to have to support the massena library with are tax dollars ,,lets stop and think about this long and hard ,the big question is who is pushing for this and who is going to benefit from this??? i know they are in the business to rent there building , but not at the expence of the tax payers ,,just does not make sense to me , we need more input in this matter before its to late and the town board is force into giving them what they want, !!!!!!
