..well this is a case of a half filled glass of water,... how about those lawyers who want to be under a corrupt judge for them to be able to easily win their high profile case in our courts with a well moneyed client ... what will happen after CJ Serenos term as Chief Justice,... what will happen after Pnoys Term? ...can CJ Sereno continue with this purge without the open support of the President of the Philippines as in Pnoys Tuwid na Daan... dont they think we really need the Jury System to truly democratize our justice system (and not just under the exclusive privilege of the members of the Philippine Bar)??... does this mean, our justice system exclusively depends on the integrity of our lawyers?... with this,... CJ Sereno simply enlighten us that our justice system is simplY subservient to the WHIMS AND INTERESTS of the members of the Philippine Bar.... WHO AMONG OUR POLITICAL LEADERS HAS THE BALLS TO FIGHT FOR A JURY SYSTEM TO TRULY REFORM OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM AND EARN THE IRE OF THE INFLUENTIAL MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE BAR? :( :( :(
